70s cut out Chiffon Fluorescent Yellow Maxi Dress Size Small UK 8

 Super cool Vintage 60s/70s Maxi dress in a fluorescent yellow - made to look cut out style dress. Theres a circular string tie in the middle which can be loosened if desired. Joining fabric is a black and yellow floral patterned chiffon type fabric. Gorgeous button up cuffs - please note these are fitted and can only get them on by un-buttoning. Size estimated UK 8 but please check measurements due to vintage sizing.
