This lean structure ensures that the maximum amount possible from funds raised is directed towards charitable causes, enabling the Foundation to support around 70+ breast cancer-related charities across the UK each year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn addition to its grant-making activities, the Foundation delivers and supports a diverse\u003cbr\u003eprogramme of national campaigns, fundraising initiatives and awareness projects that\u003cbr\u003ecombine creativity, collaboration and public engagement.
