Alterations Service

 Made to Order Garments

As we make the majority of our garments to order, we are delighted to be able to offer alterations and customisations to our customers, free of charge *if specified before ordering, so that we can meet their individual preferences and requirements. 

To add alterations to your made to order garment, simply add any specific measurements or details related to your desired customisations in the notes section when checking out. We have a sizing guide here to help and if you are still unsure you can email us hello@fumbalinas@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist. 

Once we have your ideal measurements we can keep these on file in your customer account for any future orders if you wish (you could also still request alterations for future orders). 

Ready made Garments and Alterations after Purchase

We also understand that the want for these adjustments and alterations may not come until after a garment is made and purchased. Therefore we are pleased to be able to offer an after purchase service for existing Fumbalinas Customers that would like their garment altered in some way after they have made their purchase. 

Simply choose the customisation you require and add it to checkout and send us your item back for altering. Please be sure to add to the checkout notes the item or items you are sending back to us to be altered, and also include this in the package when you are returning so we know it is your dress. Customer also pays return postage which is included in the checkout. We may require up to 28 days to make the customisations depending on the time of year and how busy we are. We offer a priority service should you wish something to be prioritised and sent back to you sooner.

Once we have your desired measurements we can keep these on file in your customer account for any future orders if you wish.
