Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the timeframe specified in the individual listing.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on size and weight of your items and where they are being shipped to. You can find out the cost of an item direct from royal mail HERE

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). These confirmations are sometimes directed to spam folders, so it may be there if not in your inbox.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Occasionally parcels may get delayed in transit. Once the parcel has left us, its whereabouts is in the hands of the Royal Mail and we can not be held responsible for any delays. In most cases there is not much we can do to speed up the delivery other than wait for the parcel to arrive and follow the Royal Mails guidelines if we do indeed believe a parcel to be lost. In this case, when all avenues have been explored and a parcel is declared as lost we will replace or refund you for the lost items. It is very rare that this happens and 99% of the time parcels do arrive at their destination.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fumbalinas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Fumbalinas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
