Vintage HOT red Frank Usher chiffon ruffle dress UK 10-12

KILLER 1980s Frank Usher Red Chiffon dress with HUGE fitted shoulder pads, layers of ruffled chiffon and silk bow. Zips up the back and has a 3 button fastening at the back of the neck. *Disclaimer* There is a small hole on one of the shoulders (see photos) and one of the loops on the button fastening may need restitching at some stage.
